Payment:
You can pay by using PayPal, Ideal, a debit/credit card through our payment provider Buckaroo.
Refund and return policy:
Clients buying through our website can return goods within 14 days of receipt, and have the right to receive a full refund within 30 days after receipt of the goods.
Refund will be offered within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods
Delivery:
The book(s) will be send by post within a day after the order from either our office in Amsterdam, our warehouse in the UK, or our warehouse in the USA (USA & Canada orders). Pre-orders will be sent by post a day after the books have reached the warehouse in the country from where the books have to be send. Delivery time depends on the country from which the order is placed:
Delivery within the Netherlands will take 1-2 working days;
Delivery within the United Kingdom will take 3-5 working days;
Delivery within the USA will take 4-7 working days;
Delivery to countries in the EU and Canada will take 3-10 working days;
Delivery to all other countries can take longer.
Rare books and special editions are only sent from our office in Amsterdam and are delivered to customers by courier.
Prints
If you are interested in buying a print, please contact Maarten Schilt: schilt@schiltpublishing.com.
The delivery of print(s) purchased online will be arranged after checkout, via email or phone. The print(s) will be sent via the most reasonably priced and reliable courier, a quote will be given to you for approval beforehand. The print would either be sent from our gallery in Amsterdam, if in stock, or direct from the artist, if the delivery would be cheaper or if we don’t have the stock in Amsterdam. You may also organise your own courier if preferred. Free collection from our gallery is also possible if we have the print available. We can also organise framing for local customers, please enquire for more details.
